Muraling
with Kara Hoblin
CAST's Summer Rise students worked with local artist, Kara Hoblin, to create a unique mural for the 2023 summer program. First, students painted something from Long Island on paper. The pictures were then incorporated into the plan. The mural included animals, mushrooms, flowers, and a rainbow in the center. "Miss Kara" sketched the scene, projected it onto the mural, and the students painted it. The results were extraordinary!
